Billy took care of all the details with me by phone & text. Day of event they were on-time and brought everything including their own bar, glasses, ice, juices, alcohol, wine, waters, herbal, fruit & floral garnishes & more. I really appreciated their ideas for the bar menu, which went with our French theme. Their set up and display were simple and lovely. Both Billy & Tatyana are friendly, fun to be around and very hardworking. They were completely prepared and made it all feel seamless. We knew Ella's Cocktails were the pick for our bar and service team for our wedding from our first conversation with Billy. He was the first vendor after our wedding planner we booked with. We knew we could trust him to not just make drinks, but to give our guests the absolute best experience! During our first call, I discussed with Billy my needs for a Gluten Free experience with all the cocktails, since myself and two guests have Celiac disease. He assured me their cocktails were made with nothing but fresh juice, and he would personally ensure the rest of the ingredients were gluten free (besides the beer for guests). Together we custom crafted a bar menu and the Ella's team got to work from there. I can't thank them enough for not only traveling up from Santa Barbara to Big Sur for our wedding, but for making it an unforgettable day! We hope to party with them again soon and highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their cocktail, service, and bar experiences!"
